As a professional engraving artist, I truly care about the quality of engraving that leaves my studio.
For this reason I would prefer to not accept any commissions exhibiting problematic signs.
The policies listed below are in the perspective clients' best interest, they are meant to help guide the decision making process in
as clear a fashion as possible.
Projects are a collaborative effort between the Client and Artist . The better the communication, the better the results.
With these sentiments in mind, we truly create unique art.
General Conditions
The company name Adone Galleries, or EngravingArts.com / .net or Adone T. Pozzobon from here on in will be referred to as
Adone Galleries.
Your use of this site and all other associated sites that bear the Adone Galleries name, and all information, products and services on these Sites, including any specialty services are subject to the binding legal terms as set forth in the below ("Terms").
Adone Galleries may update these Terms at any time without giving you any prior notice.
BY USING ANY SERVICES SET FORTH BY ADONE GALLERIES, YOU AGREE TO EACH OF THE TERMS LISTED BELOW.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY TERMS / CONDITIONS SET FORTH BELOW YOU MUST MAKE CLEAR YOUR OBJECTIONS IN WRITTING PRIOR TO ANY USE OF ADONE GALLERIES SERVICES AND REQUEST A LEGAL WRITTEN CONTRACT INDICATING AGREEABLE TERMS TO BE SIGNED BY BOTH PARTIES. IF YOU AGREE TO THE BELOW LISTED CONDITIONS IT WILL BE ACKNOWLEDGED BY ADONE GALLERIES THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD AND DO WILLFULLY COMPLY WITH THE TERMS SET FORTH BE THEY WRITTEN OR VERBAL AND THAT THESE TERMS / CONDITIONS SHALL BE DEEMED LEGALLY BINDING.

TERMS / CONDITIONS |
- All items sent to Adone Galleries via Mail or Courier Services or any other means of delivery will be the sole responsibility of You the Client. Adone Galleries will not assume responsibility for Lost, Stolen or Confiscated Goods during shipment To Adone Galleries.
- All terms set forth via WRITTEN or VERBAL communication will be final and legally binding. Should YOU the CLIENT be in Breech of any AGREEMENT or DEFAULT on any Payments / Installments / Deposits or Balances Owed including Non Compliance to Communicate after Repeated Efforts in being contacted by Adone Galleries for a period longer than 30 days will results in Complete Forfeiture of all Ownership rights of Any and All Goods in Possession by Adone Galleries.
After the allotted 30 day period Adone Galleries will have the right to Comply or Deny you or anyone representing you any requests for communication at which time legal action wiil be pursued.

Policies |
- I do not engrave plastic, wood, aluminum. Plated items should
be supplied stripped. Have this professionally done, generally cost is minimal and your local jeweler may assist you
if the item is small.
- I prefer to avoid hand gun issues, therefore I generally only accept those
classified as Antiques, or gun slides.
- Items that are of hardened steel such as knife blades or case
hardend firearm parts must be annealed (softened) prior to shipment.
In the case of knives, generally the engraver and knife maker are consulted and often work together during the initial stages to
properly fill the requested custom knife order. The maker will ship the blade to the engraver prior to the heat treating
process if engraving is to be placed onto hardend areas. In regards to firearm issues, consult qualified Gunsmithing
sources. If assistance is required, I will be more than pleased to assist.
- Allowing a certain amount of Creative freedom within the guidelines of your overall request will benefit you. Artists always store concepts they've yet to be produce, many simply laying dormant waiting
for the appropriate opportunity to release them. Every concept is thoroughly discussed ahead of time.
- Regarding cost, establish an amount you feel comfortable with
or what you feel your item warrants, we may then discuss what can be created within your budget.
Quality will always supersede Quantity.
- Please understand that it is often difficult to be precise "To the day" in regards to
delivery. I work by the heart and not by the clock. In the event of a delay, you will be contacted
well ahead of time to insure all is agreeable.
If on the other hand the original agreement was for an important event to coincide with the delivery of your engraving,
then those dates become as important to me as they are to you.
- Feel free to Call or Write to discuss the status of your commission.
Generally you will be informed when the project begins and periodically updated if you so desire until its completion.
- Approx. 1/3 of the agreed upon cost will be required as a deposit,
with balance due prior to delivery. Call, as there may be exceptions. My clientele have proven to be very
flexible with my working needs, therefore I believe in being equally flexible with theirs.
- All work will be completed with precision, close inspection and my self-assurance that I have produced Artwork which proudly bears my signature.

Liability
Adone T. Pozzobon views engraving most seriously. In the case of
firearms I will never place an individual
at risk over monetary earnings. I pride myself in producing a fine quality engraving
service. I will never compromise the integrity of a firearm or other medium under any
circumstances and recommends that clients seek advice regarding
firearm assembly / disassembly and preparation for engraving through
qualified gunsmith services, if clients are not able to do so EngravingArts will assist
with the issues at hand.
Adone T. Pozzobon EngravingArts will not be held liable for any labor
that is not physically produced under the Adone / EngravingArts name.
Any recommendations made beyond the scope of engraving will be no more or no less then personal opinion and
subject to your interpretation. It is strongly recommended that issues outside the realm of engraving be
addressed with the proper qualified experts as with the case of firearm legality and or firearm
manufacturing specifications and its criteria.
Adone Galleries, EngravingArts will not accept restricted or prohibited firearms, therefore, please do not ask.
Quality Standards
Adone T. Pozzobon will only employ the highest
standards of engraving with integrity from beginning to end. / Complete swift correspondence. / Full
disclosure of techniques applied to your engraving / Periodic progress updates.
/ Clean and accurate presentations in design / Digital photography of before and after if requested ahead of time,
sent via email only. / Full assistance throughout all design stages from conceptual design to engraving completion /
Extensive communication with clientele to fully address all aspects of

in all areas of engraving and final delivery of your item to specifications
